Fully-Managed Web Hosting ($300 per year)

SmallBizWebs.com provides fully-managed web hosting service for our website clients. These services are not included in the web design fees and are billed separately on an annual basis. Annual fees for custom websites may be higher.

Domain Registration (Included)

SmallBizWebs.com includes the registration or renewal of a primary domain name with hosting (additional domain names are charged separately). If you do not already have a domain name, please consult with us before making your selection. Additional fees may be required for transferring previously-registered domain names.

Email Hosting (Not Included)

SmallBizWebs.com does not offer email services. If we manage your DNS we will configure your domain's mail settings to work with your selected vendor's email system. (Additional charges may apply.)

Website Maintenance and Updates
Prepaid Plans Start at $300

SmallBizWebs.com performs all website maintenance. To offer our clients the lowest cost and greatest value, maintenance is charged on a prepaid point system. Our prepaid maintenance options start at just $300 (20 points). We request that all new clients purchase a minimum of 20 points.

Website maintenance is charged at varying rates based on the task complexity. All prepaid maintenance is billed in 15 minute increments, with only a 15 minute minimum. Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

It is the policy of SmallBizWebs.com not to perform maintenance on pre-existing websites.

Package Policies

SmallBizWebs.com reserves the right to change website package prices and policies without notice.

Payment Schedule
SmallBizWebs.com requires a signed agreement and a deposit equal to 50% of the selected package price before beginning work. The package balance plus fees for annual hosting and prepaid maintenance are due prior to uploading your new website.

Unused Pages or Features
Pages and select elements may be removed from a website package, however, due to required editing time for accommodating these changes, we are not able to provide discounts for unused pages or features.

Photos/Images
Clients may provide their own web-ready images and photos or they may select images from a stock photography vendor. Instructions are provided. Photo galleries extra and priced separately.

Written Text
Clients are expected to provide written content for each of their web pages. SmallBizWebs.com will assist with copyediting and optimization. Instructions are provided.

Social Media
SmallBizWebs.com does not create or manage social media accounts for our clients. However, we will insert a social bookmarking widget and/or links to your social media accounts.
